I  saw this doctor for years and eventually transferred care to another provider.  It was the best decision.

While the staff is friendly, the office itself is nice, the wait is long (usually 1 hr), you must call to receive all of your results (even abnormal) and his bedside manner is poor.  

The final straw was when he arrived in the exam room rushed and frowning, he had not reviewed my chart, didn't know my name or even why I was being seen that day (it was in follow up to abnormal screening he performed!).  He verbalized making several mistakes during my exam/procedure due to his rushed behavior.  Yet there were no apologies.  He took 90 minutes of my time in total, and only spent 10 minutes in the room with me.  He did not listen to nor take time to answer my simple question about a current medication intolerance.  When I approached him after the appointment, he said to his staff, 'Almost 5pm and we're done!'  It is apparent that he is willing to sacrifice time with the patient, customer service, compassion and kindess to complete his clinics on time. 

Women, you deserve to be treated with respect, have your questions answered and feel comfortable with your doctor. Please know that there are still those out there that are in the business to help and care for you.  They take the time.  You are still a paying customer.  Never hesitate to get a new referral or second opinion. You'll be so glad you did.
