When you have an appointment at 8:30am and you are in the waiting room until 9:30am then you go back into a patient room, you tend to be a little upset. Then you have to wait in the patient room for atleast 30 minutes before the doctor sees you. In the meantime you have what is supposed to be a bi-lingual nurse. Except she can hardly speak english. I try to understand her and be patient, but aren't we supposed to be the patient. The doctor seems to be in order. Thanks for your time. |
