My dad was a patient of Dr.James E. Collins,jr.Collins was his ONLY doctor. My dad had a late afternoon appointment w/collins in September 2005 and never made it home.PER GBI AUTOPSY-

CAUSE OF DEATH-Myocardial infarction;

Other significant condition-POLYPHARMACY;

MANNER OF DEATH-accident;

OPINION-as condensed by me,his son-autopsy exam of this unfortunate victim revealed presence of severe cardiac disease and histologic evidence of an acute myocardial infarction.In addition,there were numerous drugs present in the body all of which were at levels usually less than individually lethal(ALL PRESCRIBED BY COLLINS by the way)but 2 of the 11 dispensed meds worked synergistically to achieve lethality at much lower levels.The contribution of these drugs to the death dictates the manner of death to be accidental.

AUTOPSY=7 pages;TOXICOLOGY=4 pages;NEGATIVE blodd/alcohol forensics test=1page.TOTAL=12 page autopsy report.

 I (his son)was called to i.d. my dad's body.The remains bag contained the body of a bloated/water saturated man that really looked nothing like my father although it was him.Unforunately,that is the last image I have of my dad.I urge anyone now using Dr.James E.Collins,jr. or anyone considering using Dr.James E.Collins,jr. to reconsider.Dr.James E.Collins,jr.inadvertently caused the death of my father but nonetheless did cause the death of my father.I possess all printed proof of this fact,contained in the 12 pages of the OFFICIAL Georgia Bureau of Investigation Autopsy,as performed by a Medical Examiner employed by The State of Georgia,Division of forensic Sciences,Georgia Bureau of Investigation.I can and will provide stated autopsy to appropriate party(ies).The statute of limitations has EXPIRED;thusly I post this purely as matter of fact to prevent another from suffering from possible actions as derived by being a patient of Dr.James E. Collins,jr.
