As far as I'm concerned Dr. Perlman is the Best Plastic Surgeon! Not only have I had numerous procedures with him but so has my mom and several of our friends. We are all extremely happy with our results. He works really hard to make sure that his patients are completely satisfied with there results. He is a perfectionist and honest Doctor and I highly recommend him! He is also a very prominent figure in the DC area and is part of a wonderful organization called Second Chance Employment Agency!
