Dr Southwick treated my daughter for reoccurring UTI's for almost 2 years with antibiotics.  All he could ever tell us was that she wasn't wiping good enough.  We finally took her to Primary Children's Hospital in SLC and her condition was finally diagnosed with Constipation.  He also strongly encouraged me to stop nursing my baby at 3 months old because she was small and didn't think I had any nutrients in my milk.  After she was on formula for a while and was still small he knew he had made a mistake in telling me to stop nursing.  We have continued going there for the last 8 months thinking he was going to help the situation, at least help us get some formula.  But he hasn't done anything and we are left to believe he really doesn't care about our health or us as patients.  We have spent tons of money in his office, and feel like that must be what he is after.  We are very disappointed and wouldn't recommend Family First to anyone.
