Office staff ignored me for five minutes while I waited at the front desk to check in.  When I was finally acknowledged they were very rude and cold.  I was already nervous for the visit and they did not put me at ease at all.  I was seen by a assistant to the doctor who basically told me she couldn't help me and had no idea why I was itching.  I then apparently was taking to long with the assistant doctor because a nurse came after about 15 minutes and just stood there staring at me while the assistant repeatedly asked, is that all I can help with.  I basically pushed her into getting more tests done and she said I would request blood work for me and I could pick it up the following day.  Leaving I was treated no better by the check-out staff.  I was not told to have a nice day or anything, in fact she could barely speak two words to me.  The following day I called and was told they didn't have the bloodwork form yet.  I called for three days until I was finally told I could pick up the blood work request.  After getting my blood work I waiting for the results til after one week I finally called them.  I had to leave a message since no one answers the results line.  I was called back five hours later and told they had nothing for me and they would call back first thing the next morning.  Of course I did not receive a call the following morning.  I had to call at 4pm that afternoon and leave another message.  It is a holiday weekend and they are going to be closed for four days.  I thought it would have been nice to get my results today but I guess they are not concerned about the welfare of their patients.  In summary the office staff is some of the unkindest I have ever encountered and the assitant doctors are not knowledgable at all.  Dr. Kessel is fine though but it is very difficult to get an appointment with him.  Go elsewhere if you want to be treated well.
