Dr. Walde office staff failed to turn in claims to my dental insurance company for over 2 years off and on. When I would go to an office visit, I would ask the question what do I owe? The desk clerk said wait til they hear something from my insurance.
Well now they finally fired the people that did not do their job, and now the dentist turned me in to a local collection agency. So now the dentist wants his service fees Plus the collection agency wants another 215 dollars.
I think that this is very unfair. To have to pay for the collection agency, when I have been the one reserching this nightmare to see what I really owe.
