Dr. Billie is a great psychologist. She is very well educated and very good with children. She was taught under a professor who is now a highly recommended psychiatrist in Little Rock, AR. She is soft-spoken, but she is very honest about the truth she sees. She is sympathetic and very caring. She provides calm surroundings, and she will do a lot to make the patient feel comfortable.
