I took my child in to see Dr. Robert. Dr. Robert interacted with my child very well. He answered every question I had... many questions. I never felt rushed and Dr. Robert actually sat down to talk with us. He seemed to diagnose my son's condition accurately and my son is all better now. The only problem with this office is that they make you wait a long time in the waiting room at almost every visit. Sometimes that wait time is up to 2 hours... not a fun experience with a toddler. The waiting room is kind of boring, too, so if you go, be prepared to bring your own books and toys to keep your child entertained while you wait. The office wait time is poor, but Dr. Robert is great. Edit on 8/24/06: Since my original comments, I had a couple bad experiences bringing my child to this clinic. I changed my overall score from a 9 to a 4. One reason for change: I took my son to see Dr. Robert two more times. Both times the clinic required a urine sample from my son. Both times, we did not get the results of the tests. The doctor did not follow up on this issue. We never received a call with the lab results. The office was quick to send us a bill to pay for the tests but we did not receive the results. Also, the doctor said my son had a condition that the very next day I was able to confirm was not true. I stand by my earlier comments stating the doctor has an excellent personality and got along with my child great. However, the lack of follow-up on the lab work and a wrong diagnosis make me wonder if it's even worth it to take my child to this clinic.
