I was left with permanet damage and look very unnatural.  I felt Dr.Vagotis was very unprofessional and didn't care about the results once she had my money.  I am now seeing another doctor to try and undo what she did or atleast try and make me look more normal.  I had laser resurfacing done and was left with NO PIGMENT AND A LINE AROUND MY FACE.  I called for advice and to set up an appointment Dr.Vagotis wouldn't see me she would only set up an appointment at her skin care clinic.  The girl there said I looked better than most patients and told me to wear sunscreen.  I DON'T HAVE ANY PIGMENT, I NEED MORE HELP THAN SUNSCREEN.  So I demaned to see Dr.Vagotis.  She came out very angry and waved the consent form in my face, and said don't you remember signing the consent form?  This is what you look like after Co2 laser resurfacing.  I started crying why would anyone want to look like this?    I told her the line around my face wasn't even, the line follows where the surgical cap was and droops down on one side, and she said well you didn't want me to go into your hairline and turn your hair white did you?  She also said if I went in the sun my face would get spotty and the line around my face would get darker and more noticable.  She did say she could do a chemical peel on my neck to try and match the colors up of course I'd have to pay.  I'm young and just wanted smooth skin, now she wants to do a peel on my healthy skin.  No way would I let her touch me again.

I have seen many doctors in the GR area to try and fix this.  They've all said they've seen her patients.  One even said he doesn't know how she can still be in business he's seen her patients for years.  I have since talked to two women who had this done before me with the same results and the same treatment by Dr.Vagotis.  I don't know why she keeps pushing the Co2 laser with results like this.  I've also talked to other unhappy Vagotis patients.   Do your homework before signing on the dotted line...  I have never met a doctor like her and hope I never do again.  I would not recommend Dr.Vagotis she seems to be more concerned about money and protecting herself than patient satisfaction.  Please do your homework and talk to other patients who've had the same procedure.  This has been the biggest mistake of my life.
