Dr Wai is by far the best doctor I've ever encountered. She not only gives sound medical suggestions to treatment, she also offers alternatives to those that don't necessarily want all conventional medical treatments. She has listened and researched above and beyond with my personal treatment options and is always completely professional yet personable at the same time. I can definitely say I've been truly lucky to have her as my physician and I would never seek another doctor as long as she is available. I've never had huge waiting times and have always been able to get appointments and tests booked very quickly.

I've never waited more than 5 minutes in the waiting room, nor more than a day to get an appointment..Dr. Wai is truly an amazing family doc - I feel so incredibly lucky to have found her!

Dr Wai is a breath of fresh air! She communicates with her patients with empathy and compassion. She always greets you with a smile. It is nice to have somebody who actually listens to what you are saying. I have had some horror stories with doctor's in the past and my experienced has given me some hope that I have found a keeper! She is very thorough with her tests and has a knack of remembering the small things regarding your medical history. Keep up the great work! |

Dr. Wai takes time to ask general and specific health questions, and to give detailed advice and answers to patient questions. She gives general advice on healthy lifestyle and specific advice on treatments for particular problems. She is punctual, does not keep patients waiting beyond scheduled appointment times. She is also courteous and pleasant to deal with.
