On Thursday March 9,2006, Dr.TULMAN gave me 2 Novocain injections for a tooth extraction.1st in the front,then in back(my upper palette?)I felt pain.I yelled OUCH-as a NORMAL reaction to pain.Just one OUCH.HE SUDDENLY BECAME ANGRY,VERY ANGRY-FURIOUS.He screamed names at
me.saying I was crazy-no one ever yells in his office-he has been doing this his entire life & I am the only one that ever reacted like this.On & on.I was shocked.There was a sick evil,angry look in his eyes &HE APPEARED MENTALLY UNSTABLE TO ME.I feared that he might harm me while doing the procedure-at which time I left SHAKING and frightend.I AM 54.NOT MY IST ORAL SURGURY-NEVER HAVE I HAD SUCH A HARROWING EXPERIENCE.He WAS RUDE OBNOXIOUS,INNAPROPRIATE,MOST IMPORTANTLY TOTALLY,UNPROFESSIONAL I've reported him to my insurance company &am awaiting forms to make a formal complaint.Making a formal compaint to NYS citing Prof.Misconduct as well.My referring dentist told me that he has heard other complaints about this guy. If that is the case, why does he refer to him.This is my first ever complaint of ths type.I am not in the habit of doing this sort of thing, but this is beyond the realm. Once again, I said the word 'OUCH'. I didn't question this guys technique. There is something most definately wrong with a doctor that reacts in this manner.
