A GREAT PCP in Leeward Oahu

After a year in trying to fight against a totally disabling MS like disease here in Hawaii it has been exaserbated by being caught between jobs and ending up on medicade disability. How great it is to have found a Dr. like Glenda Malana out of St Francis West(now Hawaii Medical Center West). Dr Malana and her staff are attentive and professional. Many conditions like neurological problems and out of control cholesteral of >1000 that were ignored by other physicians recieved immediate call backs (by the Dr. herself on a Sat.!!!) Actual comfortable chairs in waiting area and staff that is all in tune with the Dr. in being efficent and pleasant what a relief, actual professionalism while treating a patient  !!!

I am not a relative or anything, just trying to pass on the good news. What a relief to get respect and care when in a tough spot because many Dr.s are refusing to serve the disabled on Medicade because of our broken health care payment system. Our family now has great PPO ins again but have never recieved better care and will do almost anything to stay with her and her team.

Let's start to empower ourselves and pass on the good news to reward the good providers with our business not just grip of the bad. Lets use the net to build a better service enviorment for the disabled cause we'll all be here sometime in our lives.
