I would have given her a ZERO if the choice had been available.
Dr. Kornafel would belittle other patients in front of me. Even going so far as to refer to one as a princess. Not very professional. My time was wasted without apology. Sometimes I'd wait 20 minutes on hold on the phone in order to make an appointment and then have to wait 30 minutes in the waiting room at least when I finally got it. Her advise and her diagnosis were inaccurate. Overall, my experience was a complete waste of my time and money.
