Dr. is well intentioned, but comes across as a bit of a charletan.  One of her interns missed a cancer diagnosis in my dad, office staff never sent Xrays for review, insisted they had over and over again.  The scene got ugly, unfortunately, when I had to drive down and make them find the xrays.  There is a particular person working the front desk who is routinely rude.  Quality of xray turned out to be extremely poor.  Also, Dr. missed a 100% torn ACL in my knee, but did make a phone call and got me into an excellent Ortho the very next morning.   Was shocked by the unprofessionalism of one of her intern doctors, who complained about foreneirs working in pharmacies.  What else can I say - I drove there for an appointment one time, only to be told there was no appointment and insistance that I must have made the appointment with another doctor.  I would not recommend going to this doctor for serious conditions, but she is emphathetic to treatment for my allergies.
