The waiting room time is always atrocious; the time with DR.Scholl is limited, but always courteous, yet some questions are never answered. Some procedures are painful, but he is not always aware of that.

Hearing aids are very problematic: turnover in their office is so bad, you cannot build relationship with audiologist, thus, what the patient is told by one audiologist may prove wrong or the wrong aid style may  be ordered but by the time this is discovered (due to 'adjutment' periods, repairs, etc) the 30 days are up.

Dr.Scholl and office feel little obligation to be accountable for such high price dealings or high turnover in key people responsible for $3-4,000.00 items.

A patient is at a vulnerable spot when needing hearing aids: they need to be able to rely on both the doctor and the audiologist for expertise in devices, fit, and proper adjustments. If certain problems with a device are not normal, only an audiologist will know, as the patient will not have the experience.

It is difficult to be able to rely on both Dr Scholl and his audiologists to have the patient's best interest in mind.
