I totally love Dr. Eric Korsh and his staff they were very wonderful in treating mewith patience and excellent medical care.  Surgery went well. Dr. hadme up and walking the following day in the hospital and little by little I began to feel like a new person.  When I began seeing Dr. Korsh I could not do the easiest things like tieing my shoes and dressing myself without help.  Now thanks to the care I have been given by Dr. Korsh and his staff I am a new person and feel so much better.  As a patient you have to be willing to go through the pain and it will be a little painful after surgery but the more mobility you get daily will help  you to regain the strength in your joints and muscles and you will feel much better.  Remember No Pain, No Gain.  You can't be a baby you have to be able to with stand a little discomfort during your recovery in order to achieve the maximum outcome.  Thank you Dr. Korsh and Staff especially Teresa!!!!  You are all Angels!

This is the best doctor that I have ever been to.  He is considered to be the best spine surgeon in San Diego by just about everyone I know,  I was referred to him by my lawyer who also had surgery by him.  He's office is top-notch, his staff is the best, he explains everything, he always gave me options.  No one has ever spent the time that he did with me, maybe that's why his waiting room is always full. 

I've spent a lot of time talking with other patients in physical therapy.  His patient's are always the happiest and seem to have the fewest problems.  Believe me, I have been to a lot of therapy both before and after my surgery and Dr. Korsh's patients have always done the best.  They also seem to recover MUCH faster.  I hear all sorts of whining about all of the different doctors who have performed surgery, but the whiners all seem to be the ones who make no effort and really don't care about their recovery.  You get out of surgery what you put in, if you just never want to work again, quit your job, don't have surgery then whine about your surgeon.

I had a lumbar fusion and spent only one day in the hospital.  He used a little bitty incision, I had almsot no pain from that point on, and I was back to work in less than 2 months.  Dr. Korsh's staff was great, the hospital stay was great, my pain relief was GREAT!!  Iknew going in that there could be problems as he and his PA spent hours with me both before and after surgery.

My only complaint, and its very minor, is I did have to spend some time waiting in the waiting room on a few occasions.  the wait was easy though as his staff always offered my soft drinks and cookies, I watched the TV and the time did pass quickly.  Everyone coming and going seemed happy.  He's the best.  Thanks for taking my pain away!!!
