Did not inform me of the charges that would be incurred from a separate party. Ended up with 4 times the amount that we spoke about and agreed on. When I told the separate party about my situation, they called her to confirm my story. She basically just said 'yeah, but that's her responsibility. not ours.' One of my appointments got pushed back 2 hours. When I got there I waited for an hour, then was asked to leave and go to the mall and they would call me when they were ready for me. One and a half hours later I was asked to come back for the appointment. And to top it off, the doctor I went to after her said she never even tested me for what she was treating me for. And I didn't have what she was treating me for. Her office manager is aloof, can't ever find her paperwork while you're there. So she has to call you and tell you your total.
