The dentist made me use unncessary consultation service on top of my regular checkup saying that the service would be covered by insurance. Once the consultation is over, the receptionist asked me to put down deposit, US$100, which he said I will get back at my next visit scheduled a month later. One month later, the receptionist denied he has ever said that and that he is absolutely sure he didn't make a mistake because he claimed that he has deal with over 5000 patients and never once did. What kind of evidence is that? Of course, I never get that $100 back! But I will never go back! |
