I found the Dr's skill to be excellent, his bedside manner was unacceptable. While experiencing complications after my surgery I never once felt like he was concerned about my problems or me as a human being. When confronted he became arrogant and hateful, The office staff and nurses were always kind to me when I was in the office but would not return my calls. I have used another plastic surgeon for another procedure in the past and I cannot believe the difference in the way I was treated, I would never recommend this doctor. There are many out there who posses both skills and compassion.

you are ridiculous. There is no way you were treated like that. I know Dr Beckenstein for years and have many family and friends that had surgery by him. One had complications and he saw her more frequently in the office and she still had a great outcome because of him!
Either you are a competitor or full of it!
