Nelson M. Handal, MD completed his residency in General Psychiatry at the State University of New York Health Science Center at Syracuse in Syracuse, New York. He completed his fellowship in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at the University of Miami School of Medicine in Miami, Florida. Dr. Handal is a member in good standing of the American Medical Association, American Psychiatric Association, and the American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatrists. He has received the Clinical Scholar Award given by the University of Miami School of Medicine in 1996 and is a diplomate of the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. Dr. Handal is the Founder and Medical Director of the Dothan Behavioral Medicine Clinic in Dothan, Alabama. He also is Services of Dothan in Dothan, AlabamaMedical Director for Ramsey Youth. He has four sons and is married to Elizabeth D. Handal, LPC.

Alabama has few choices if you live in a rural area, unless you are close to Montgomery, Huntsville, Tuscaloosa, or Birmingham.  Alabama does not provide sub-level accomadations such as Transportation, except within the County Here.  To my General Physicians' Office I must pay CATS 7.00.  This is the same as any one would Pay that wants to go to Walmart, or Just to see a friend.  It's a County Program operating on Federal Funds.  Alabama's welfare doctors could not live to their Godly expectation if It were not for SSI and SSDI. yet they are too well known, even in their own profession to discriminate.

I was referred to Dr Handle by my Pharmacist who admitted he could not give me a personal opinion.  In the same drug store were two adults with children.  My Doctor was unable to refer me because of the lack of Psychiatric Care being taken seriously in this area.   I was well accepted by Dr McCleod, an associate, but yet a subordinate to Handle.  Well, When I advertised to get OPINIONS from Parent who Child was or had been seeing HANDEL, I receive many calls.  Dr Handle builds too many walls in which he is found to be hidden of his character as it truly became apparent to every Adult, Child, Psychologist, Other Doctors, Nurses, and a host of at least 16 Professional.  He had seen me 3 times over two years; and I was treated well by Dr McCleod.  I was Simon, and that was it!!  They praised me; and I was honest and felt I could be with them all.  But one day, 'BLAIN,' dressed similar to a Street Professional, and modernistic of the young women in the HARMONEX CLINIC ENVIRONMENTS was alone with me ( this is standard) in an office equipped with all the Latest Software and Hardware Components, began asking questions which are standard but the answers that are input ( through their translation) and not my words, built a file on me that CONTINUED TO COMPOUND MY DIAGNOSES BASED ON Medications.  The Doctor can override these 16 diagnosis, and the system can be tamper with retroactively.  I answered Questions that were prompted by BLAIN.  Never have I seen such, at that point, unprofessional reactions and immature lack of discipline.  My answer to her question were of a very serious nature and THEY ADVERTISE HEAVY on ' thier active and willing ability to provide support and legal accomadations as needed.'

       My story of being assaulted by an Acting Police Chief, who stole medication and all valuables that I had, was exact as I told it. Further, I suffered a panic attack so severe that I went into a disassociative disorder.  I knew that McCLEOD WOULD Help me if I could get to her.  My Sister who condemn me for taking Medication, actually conspired with a Covington County Officer to get medication to me, called Geodon.  I was put in Jail by the order of the Acting Chief and charge with Burglary, in which there was no victim, but, it's small town Alabama.  Mark Anderson Gave Orders to Detain Me for Psychological Evaluation,  The Federal Law limited that to 2 days.  For 7 - 8 days I was without any medications and though I have had some rare hallucinations (peripheral) I never have experienced the Years, seeming, of real and impossible actions; but I do remember abuses.  I remember a silent caregiver deputy.I  remember being ASKED, by those who called me shithead, , stinking shitter, all manner, 'Can I put an Indian in with you?' ? My Cell of Isolation.?' Yes, but what does Indian Have to do with it?  I was worthless!! So was He but I was white?! He had a cell phone and tobacco.  Calls were made because I was missing in a county where there are to many missing people, already. 
         (Blain)  could not hear my story but got up, stiffling a laugh. Bursting full beyond the door. It opened soon. DR HANDEL was there. 'I really don't like taking Medicare Clients. We're referring you out.'  ' I replied, 'You've seen me for 2 years.'  Dr McC tried to give a good reason. She was late talkin to Handel. As I began to leave, Handel looked at my scripts. Two years I had been on these meds. but for one change. He yelled violently, 'No wonder your so damned crazy!!  Look at the damn the medicine you take.  He threw my chart cross the floor, Dr McCleod Picked it up and they sent me away with the same scripts. He's hiding something. Too many walls.
