Poor to no communication. I have called 8 times for information which I still do not have.Very unfriendly attitude when I ask for information on my own medical tests. Receptionist is not helpful in obtaining contact with the 'back room' (doctor or nurse), and very unfriendly bordering nasty in attitude. You have to wait forever for your appointment.
